Create an account at smartautobid.com — in English, Russian or Lithuanian. Plans with and without a deposit are on the plans page; the deposit is refundable.
Find the car and see the full price
Search Copart and IAAI with filters, open the lot, and the calculator shows the whole amount to your port.
Place your bid
Name your maximum on the lot's page; the bid goes to Copart or IAAI through SmartAutoBid. After a win, SmartAutoBid prepares the title and export documents, and the invoice arrives straight away.
Savannah: our yard, your container
The car arrives at our yard by car carrier. We photograph it on arrival, load it into a container, photograph it again, and the container leaves the Port of Savannah. The container number appears in your Jax client account.

Both catalogues in one search: make and model, auction, document type, damage, condition, body type, fuel, drive, transmission, odometer. Every lot carries all of the auction's photos, the condition report and what comparable cars sold for.
The full price to your port, before you bid
Every lot has a calculator: the lot price, auction fees, inland transport to the US port, ocean freight, SmartAutoBid's fee and the import charges at the destination. Klaipėda, Poti and Batumi are priced instantly, other ports on request. Cars routed through Savannah are loaded at our yard.
Your bids on Copart and IAAI
You name your maximum on the lot's page and the bid goes to Copart or IAAI through SmartAutoBid. Your limit is never exceeded, you see the status of every bid in your account, and the fee applies only to a car you actually buy.
One account, from the gavel to the container
Bids, saved cars, the invoice and the car's case file with documents and photos live in your SmartAutoBid account. Once the car reaches Savannah, our loading photos and the container number appear in your Jax client account.

Can I bid at Copart and IAAI myself?
Yes. Register at SmartAutoBid, find the car, check the full price to your port and place your bid on Copart or IAAI through SmartAutoBid. You set the maximum, and it is never exceeded.
How do I know what the car will cost in the end?
Every lot on smartautobid.com has a calculator: the lot price, the auction's fees, inland transport to the port, ocean freight, SmartAutoBid's fee and the import charges at your port. For Klaipėda it shows the duty and VAT; for Poti and Batumi, the Georgian excise and import tax.
Deposit, fees, documents and deadlines?
The plans, deposits and SmartAutoBid's fee are on smartautobid.com/plans: the deposit is refundable and the fee applies only to a car actually bought. After a win, the invoice with every line on it arrives straight away. SmartAutoBid prepares the title and export documents.
What happens after the purchase?
The vehicle arrives at our yard in Savannah by car carrier. We photograph it on arrival, before loading and after loading, load it into a container and ship it overseas through freight forwarders.
How long can the vehicle wait at the yard?
The first 30 days are free; during this time the owner sends the loading plan. From day 31 storage costs $10 per day if the vehicle has not been loaded.
Can I track the container?
Yes. Enter the VIN or the container number on this website, or log in to the client account.
