What data we collect

Quote form: first and last name, phone, email, information about the vehicle and the destination, your comments. Account request form: first and last name, company, address, phone, email, notes. We also keep technical data needed to protect the site from bots and abuse: IP address and time of the request.

What we use it for

To answer your request and send a quote, to create your account in the client system and provide the service, and to protect the website from spam. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

How long we keep it

Requests are forwarded to our office email and stored in the website database for no longer than 2 years from submission. If you become our client, the data is kept as long as needed to provide the service and for accounting.

Who we share it with

Only our staff and the service providers that run the website see the data: hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). They process only what the service needs. We do not sell data or pass it on for marketing. The client system at cargo.jaxautoshipping.com has its own terms, and SmartAutoBid is a separate partner website with its own privacy policy.

Cookies

The website uses one necessary cookie that remembers your chosen language. With your consent (the bar at the bottom of the page) we also use Google Analytics cookies for anonymous visitor statistics; without consent Google Analytics sets no cookies. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. The contacts page shows a Google map, which is loaded by Google and is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by emailing us. EU residents have the rights set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to contact the supervisory authority in their country.
